HOW WE WORK

Cole NW Construction works closely with you throughout your remodeling project—from the initial consultation to our final walk-through and sign-off. We’ll obtain the appropriate permits, work with you on the design of your project, assist you with your selection choices, and keep you informed every step of the way.

Consultation

When you contact us, a Cole NW Construction representative will discuss with you your project, budget and expectations, and then arrange a convenient time to visit your site.

Site Visit

Following our initial phone consultation, we’ll come out to your home to discuss your project in greater depth. We’ll talk about design, construction, options and selections, and a project timeline. At this point, we’ll establish a “ballpark budget.”

Bid

Cole NW Construction will prepare and submit to you a thorough bid that includes the scope of the work, a timeline and the detailed cost for your project. Our proposals contain no hidden costs.

Contract

Once you choose to accept our bid and sign the contract, work can begin!

Remodel

Your remodel will be completed in five phases:

• Phase 1: Completion of design/permit/selections worksheet, scheduling
• Phase 2: Protection of existing home/furnishing before work begins
• Phase 3: Demolition of existing structure to make way for new construction
• Phase 4: Construction and installation of materials
• Phase 5: Detailing and cleanup/walk-through and sign-off
